Donuts, doughnuts or “Do-nots?”
It’s National Donut Day, folks. Yes, if you’ve heard the rumor, participating Krispy Kreme locations are offering a free donut in honor of the day. If you’re jonesin’ for a freebie, you might wanna call before you head over. Then again, I’ve never known a Krispy Kreme location not offer a free donut at the request of, “May I sample one of those?” Seriously. Just try it sometime in your kindest voice. See if they don’t oblige.
Regardless, let us celebrate the donut. The harbinger of gut-bustingness. These little guys come in so many options, they put the automotive industry look black and white.
You know what I love? And I’m almost a little embarrassed to admit this–those little chocolate frosted “Donettes.” They’re ever-so greasy, and perfectly chocolately. If you are a chocolaholic like myself, they’re even better with a pint of LOW-FAT chocolate milk. Yeah. Gotta be low-fat.

Sprint and HTC made my choice dead simple today with the announcement of the upcoming HTC EVO 4G. The device takes everything I loved about the HTC HD2, the Google Nexus One, the HTC Hero, and Sprint Overdrive and combines it into one magical package. The HTC EVO 4G looks like the perfect device for power users like me who want the Exchange support of Sense, extremely capable Gmail and Google integration, and the fastest wireless network available in my area. My Palm Pre Plus will be going back to Verizon this week.
